General Information

Terry Latrael graduated a year early from the academy and was immediately posted as a Lieutenant, Jr. Grade and a counselor aboard the USS Valdemar. He served with distinction aboard that vessel for almost his entire career so far, and became its primary ship's counselor for half of a year. He is very close to promotion as he takes on his new assignment, the USS Dragon.
